部级单位主管的就是国家一级，比如教育部、科技部等等，中国xx集团、中国xx协会主管的就是国家二级省级行政单位主管的就是省级刊物，比如卫生厅、农业厅等等，xx省集团、xx省协会主管的就是省二级再次之就是市级刊物，我们班里的同学当时都在壹品优发的，效率也挺快的，希望你也能一样幸运。

增刊不可用，不算数
高中生群体能够做科研项目并且发表论文的人是非常有限的，这部分人已经超越了绝大部分的学生，只要是正规刊物都可以，当然越知名越重要。翰林学院就有高中生发表论文参加科研的指导，自己努力，导师也非常重要。
都是相对应的，大学教师发论文最低也要发国家级的，中国科教创新导刊，还有时代教育，有些杂志就不收中小学的文章。大学学后关键是评什么，学校要求发什么级别的期刊。
要钱的比较多
思想新颖、观点明确、论据可靠、图表清晰、数据准确、公式正确。稿件内容不得泄露国家机密。稿件内容尽量控制在8000字以内，并有中、英文标题；中、英文摘要；中、英文关键词；中图分类号；中、英文作者、单位名称；中、英文作者简介(姓名、出生年月、性别、民族、籍贯、工作单位及职称或职务、研究方向)。“参考文献”请用中、英文按论文中出现的先后顺序连续编码，并用代码标识，且在文章引用处右上角顺序标注。将“中文参考文献”译成英文。著录格式为：作者姓名（中、英文）刊物名称（中、英文）出版年，卷(期)：页码。参考文献类型：专著、论文集、报纸文章、期刊文章、学位论文、报告、标准、专刊、网上下载[M]、[C]、[N]、[J]、[D]、[R]、[S]、[P]、[EB/OL]注名作者的真实姓名、通讯处(详细地址、邮政编码、联系电话、EMAIL)。若论文研究工作得到省部级以上科研基金项目支持，请注名基金名称、项目编号及始终时间。本刊对拟登稿件保留删改、退作者补充、修改权。由于稿件太多，请恕不能一一退稿，请作者自留底稿。稿件寄出3个月后未收到录用通知的，请自行处理。稿件一经刊用，即酌付稿酬并赠当期刊物。
由于本人的研究恰好为管理科学领域，有幸在三个杂志都投过稿。目前结果如下，管理科学学报投了2，拒1，退修1；中国管理科学，投了2，拒1，录1，管理科学，投了1，已发表。一般而言，期刊质量与其稿件录用难度呈正相关，因此，从个人的发表经历来看，管理科学学报》中国管理科学》管理科学。 当然，以上纯属个人经验，仅供诸位参考。

经济学的顶级期刊有：American Economic ReviewEconometricaJournal of Political EconomyQuarterly Journal of EconomicsReview of Economic Studies等经济学是研究人类社会在各个发展阶段上的各种经济活动和各种相应的经济关系及其运行、发展的规律的学科。经济学核心思想是物质稀缺性和有效利用资源，可分为两大主要分支，微观经济学和宏观经济学。经济学起源希腊色诺芬、亚里士多德为代表的早期经济学，经过亚当·斯密、马克思、凯恩斯等经济学家的发展，经济学衍生出了演化证券学、行为经济学等交叉边缘学科。随着国民经济的高速发展，经济学研究和应用受到国家和民众的关注越来越高，理论体系和应用不断完善和发展。一般情况下，经济学理论建基在理性的“极大化”这假设之上，每个人都会在局限下选取对自己最有利的选择。在经济学理论中的假设真假并不重要，只要假设推论出来的可被验证含意，能够解释及推测现实世界，我们就接受这个理论。但是奥地利经济学的理论是建立在人是有目的的行动的行动公理基础之上。其学派旗帜鲜明的反对把理性状态和极大化作为经济学的逻辑前提。凡是有解释能力的理论，都一定有被事实推翻的可能性（refutable by facts），但未被事实推翻。 我们永远不能证明一个理论，因为下一次的事件总会有机会推翻该理论。
上面的回答很无语，一定不是学管科的。管理科学学报是目前管理科学与工程领域中，国内最好的期刊，没有之一。发表的难度非常大。他也是自然基金委的A类期刊的第一名。比他略差的有：系统工程理论与实践、系统工程学报等。总体排名因该是 管理科学学报>>中国管理科学>管理科学
