由于本人的研究恰好为管理科学领域，有幸在三个杂志都投过稿。目前结果如下，管理科学学报投了2，拒1，退修1；中国管理科学，投了2，拒1，录1，管理科学，投了1，已发表。一般而言，期刊质量与其稿件录用难度呈正相关，因此，从个人的发表经历来看，管理科学学报》中国管理科学》管理科学。 当然，以上纯属个人经验，仅供诸位参考。
楼主的想法不太对，举例：我投了两次“科技管理研究”，均被拒。但这两篇都中了B类以上，也就是0以上影响因子的期刊！被拒不代表你就不行，被录用不代表期刊就挫。你这样就看不起自己啦。应该说如果你数学好，我敢说中国管理科学不在话下，只是它的选题和方法我们搞管理的比较边缘化。管理科学是公认的好期刊，我认为至少比中国管理科学要好，人家很多东西还是有思想在里面的，不少光搞方法这些舞文弄墨的。管理科学学报第一，这个认同。
中国管理科学

上面的回答很无语，一定不是学管科的。管理科学学报是目前管理科学与工程领域中，国内最好的期刊，没有之一。发表的难度非常大。他也是自然基金委的A类期刊的第一名。比他略差的有：系统工程理论与实践、系统工程学报等。总体排名因该是 管理科学学报>>中国管理科学>管理科学

如果顶级期刊只算UTD，那么JMS不算，如果顶刊范围大一些，JMS基本也是顶刊了

目前有两百多本期刊，覆盖各个领域，比较全面。同时，很多期刊被多个权威数据库检索，在行业内也是有很不错的口碑的。另外，审稿过程都是有严格的同行评审，相对比较严格，受到了作者的大力认可。
还可以，领域很全，服务也挺好的，只是非SCI收录，如果文章要求非要SCI检索的话，那就不用投了，如果没有这个强制性要求，倒是可以投稿试一试。
