你好，我英语还不错，不过大部分都是我猛地，我只会做完形填空和阅读理解，当然知道的词汇多很重要，下一步我们做这些题一定要理解文章大意，尤其是第一段，然后就是多做题，然后你就会发现你几就会蒙了，一看见就知道那个答案靠谱，知道题目要考察神马也很重要。数学就是理解性的记忆，多总结，多体会其解题的思路，多总结固定的做题思路会让你一下子就知道该项哪里去想
英语可以用听力训练做突破口方法很简单，每天听听磁带，MP3里《新概念英语》第3册、第2册都可以，至少半小时，一个月内会有明显提高当然，光听不读只能提高听力，边听边读算是个人能力的进一步的提升，也看你有没那个毅力。事实上英语应试也就剩另一个重要得分点，阅读部分，可以限定5分钟做一篇偏短的阅读这样做联系。不要管是不是完全认识里边的单词和意思，应试考的是你通过你能认识的词句、段落猜整偏意思的能力，你必须适当发挥联想能力，提高这种能力，阅读不再是问题。如果你想确切的了解每个词的意思，建议你看英语报纸，杂志不推荐。再说数学物理物理更简单一点，主要是公式，这个可以死记硬背，不理解不要紧，知道在哪用就行，因为到了大一再学大学物理，你会感觉高中物理有很大的问题。数学，必须要理解每道题、每个公式，保证做一题，过2天重新做，过1周，过1月重新做，你一样会，你就OK了
