首先冶金行业相对比较特殊，专业性很强。要是学了冶金专业，找工作好找，对口，工资也不错,年薪至少4万吧。现在有冶金专业的学校也不是很多，但全国的冶金厂都普遍很缺人。发展前景还算好的。需求决定发展嘛。当然了，冶金作业环境不是很好，温度较高，夏天都是有高温补贴的。粉尘多，上班得戴口罩。劳动强度不是很大，毕竟冶金行业自动化比较高。最大的问题应该是要倒班，这比较累一点。呵呵，希望你对此有所了解………………

metallurgy类的SCI期刊还是非常多的，给你几个，metallurgical and materials transactions a-physical metallurgy and materials science，hydrometallurgy，JOURNAL OF MINING AND METALLURGY SECTION B-METALLURGY，metallurgical and materials transactions b-process metallurgy and materials processing science，这都是比较好的。还有些一般的，比如archives of metallurgy and materials，powder metallurgy，powder metallurgy and metal ceramics，journal of the south african institute of mining and metallurgy等。但具体还要看你的研究方向啊，如果你是做粉末冶金的，那powder metallurgy就不错，容易发一些。如果你是做湿法冶金的，那hydrometallurgy是一个很好的期刊，但是发表难度大，因为这个期刊很好。我说的那几个比较一般的都还容易中一点儿。但是，我要说的是，花钱都搞不定！毕竟都是SCI期刊，文章一定要有一点的水平才可以。要么就是创新性好，要么就是实验验证了别人的方法和理论并有所改进。如果一点儿新意都没有，那是有钱也发不了啊。
能够评审冶金方面中高级职称认可的期刊有很多如：《冶金标准化与质量》、《冶金动力》、《冶金分析》、《冶金管理》、《冶金能源》、《冶金设备》等期刊，对于你论文适合那本期刊也得具体的分析，不能盲目的进行投稿这是对你论文不负责任的表现，关于论文投稿中的问题，你可以来58期刊网看看。
