核心期刊是期刊中学术水平较高的刊物，是进行刊物评价而非具体学术评价的工具。中文核心期刊，是指被北大图书馆每四年出版一次的《全国中文核心期刊要目总览》中列出的期刊(2011年后每三年出版一次），最新版为2011年版。北大核心期刊就是中文核心期刊辽宁师范大学学报自然科学版不是中文核心期刊，辽宁师范大学学报（自然科学版）是中信所的核心期刊
没有的，这个学报连中文核心都不是。想发SCI的，最好发英文的。
